Sun Country Airlines launched its first nonstop flight from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to Fort Myers, FL (RSW), on Oct. 3 marking the first scheduled flight for the airline originating out of DFW and arriving in Florida. Sun Country will also launch a nonstop flight Friday from Dallas/Fort Worth to Tampa, FL (TPA).
“We’re excited to expand on our long-standing presence at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and to connect our Metroplex guests to both Tampa and Fort Myers,” said Ben Brookman, vice president of network and pricing at Sun Country Airlines. “We know our passengers already love Sun Country’s low fares and great customer service, and now we’re spreading our wings with even more nonstop flights.”
As Sun Country further expands its wings beyond its Minneapolis/St. Paul hub and grows its network of nonstop leisure routes, the airline is proud to affordably connect more folks to their favorite people, places and memories, while offering the Minnesota hospitality Sun Country has been known for since 1983.
Dallas and Fort Worth residents can secure upcoming flights to Fort Myers for as low as $39 one-way and Tampa for as low as $49 one-way. To book, visit suncountry.com.
